All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

All purchases from UNSETLD are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Due to the limited-run nature of our products, we are unable to process returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully — including size, quantity, and shipping address — before completing checkout.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at unsetldclothing@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and, if verified, may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. UNSETLD is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Free shipping is available on orders over $150 USD. Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability
